Training with Shola makes you feel like you’re in central London. Incredibly equipped private gym. Shola himself is outstanding, the results I’m seeing with weight loss and fitness have exceeded my experiences in the past. Most importantly, Shola is an expert and incredibly detail oriented with your form, realistic adjustments to your diet and somehow makes a tough session enjoyable. Although I work full time with a young family, training with Shola is something I look forward to each week. Highly recommend!
Shola has proved to be an astounding personnel trainer. Whether in a class environment or during a one-to-one session his persistence and motivation kept me focused and committed to maintain a complete gym schedule. The expertise and guidance he provided through my strength training sessions were amazing. His consistent updates and redesigning of my sessions kept me progressing consistently. The nutritional expertise he offered me for improving my diet has led to drastic improvements in my daily life. This despite me having Type 1 diabetes. As likeable as he is professional, Shola has a unique understanding of people and the experience on how to motivate them as an individual without them feeling pressured. I would highly recommend Shola to anybody looking to engage in an effective and enjoyable training regime.
Shola is an amazing coach/PT. He really does listen to you and will design programs to ensure you reach your goals. Shola really knows his stuff and is a great motivator. He knows exactly how to train the body to give you positive results. He puts so much effort into creating programs which are designed to meet your goals. Each session is not only fun, but targeted towards exactly what your body needs to increase strength, mobility, functional movement & cardio fitness. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my strength & fitness since training with Shola. He really took on board my horse riding and has researched exactly what I will need to improve my core stability and fitness. Nothing is ever too much and Shola goes the extra mile to ensure that your fitness goals are achieved. He’s a great guy with loads of fresh new ideas! It’s rare to find a PT like Shola, I would highly recommend him.
If you’re not going to take your personal training seasons seriously, DON’T choose Shola! However, if you are 110% committed to improving your core strength, body tone and overall performance, Shola is for you! Shola will adapt his program to suit your goals and allowing for any injuries you may be carrying without giving you the easy option. He is totally focused during the session, giving constant encouragement and motivation to complete the activity sets. Shola’s experience is evident in his attention to maintaining correct form throughout to maximise the benefits and eliminate any risk of injury. I currently have Shola 4 times a week for PT and I see him at the end of the week for weekly measurements. I can honesty say out of 5 other personal trainers I have worked with throughout the last 2 years Shola has been the best. He was able to adapt my training programme when I was injured and helped me maintain my focus. My programme was clearly tailored to suit my own needs and goals, he is extremely knowledgeable and the level of communication he gives to me is great. Shola is always able to answer any questions I have and is quick to getting back to me. Throughout my sessions Shola is very motivational pushing me to my limits making sure I excel every time as well as keeping me on track outside the hours I am not with him. His detailed approach to my nutrition and fitness plan has exceeded my expectations. Not only is my diet/macro plan sustainable it is also very enjoyable, I am never hungry nor feeling fatigue – the strongest physically and mentally I have ever been. He put together my meals after finding out what foods I like/dislike and are manageable with my day to day lifestyle. After our weekly measurements, if needed he will make changes to my plan to ensure we stay on track get the best possible results. He presents my results in a performance report which makes it very easy to understand and highlights your current progress to where you first began. He has a good eye for detail and always makes sure he is 100% confident with his actions before proceeding. He won’t ever rush through anything, giving plenty of time to complete and ensures I

I started training with Shola in September of this year only after having a long conversation with him about his qualifications, style of training and vision for me. I have suffered with multiple shoulders injuries over the years with most recent one being a dislocation at the gym a few years ago. Since then I have done a few surgeries and avoided the gym at all cost, it was a ruined experience for me. So when I decided to slowly get back into it I was very careful in how I go about it and man did I make the right choice going with Shola. The man is extremely knowledgeable, patient and observant. He created a bespoke program to work on my weaknesses while not
neglecting other areas. The sessions are fun, unique and never feel repetitive. Shortly after fully into it, the gov’t announced a 4 week national lockdown. That didn’t stop Shola and I from exercising. He did his research and made sure that we can continue to train outdoors while social distancing and not breaking any of the rules. He was extremely creative in using the environment around us along with equipment he either had or specifically purchased to continue making the workout beneficial and fun. Thanks coach for everything so far, and please no more Bulgarian split squats!
