Plans are available from 3 sessions a week. Your options are:

  1. A minimum of one session a week with me and the other sessions at your home or local gym.
  2. Have all your sessions with me whilst adhering to our plan.

Government guidelines serve as the foundation of my prescribed plans. At The Private PT Studio, we offer a completely private environment for your exercise sessions. Our exercise sessions last a duration of 60 to 80 minutes, providing ample time for a focused and fulfilling workout. My training style is a dynamic blend, focusing on optimizing sports performance, core strength, functionality, and incorporating elements from traditional bodybuilding, HIIT, CrossFit, Kettlebells, Pilates, and yoga.

Over thirty different nutrition, body composition, performance and lifestyle assessments are available. Whilst particular assessments can be carried out every week more elaborate testing occurs every 6 to 10 weeks.
