A well-rounded programme considers your lifestyle habits. We’ll look at areas such as sleep, step count, daily activity levels, screen time, alcohol intake, and other behaviours. These factors are reviewed to see whether they help or hinder progress, and adjustments are suggested where useful.
Understanding your health, strengths, and areas for improvement allows me to design exercise strategies — and where appropriate, offer optional nutrition guidance — that help you become the best version of yourself.

Book a 20–45 minute consultation and lifestyle assessment at The Private PT Studio. We’ll discuss your goals, lifestyle, exercise history, and what is realistic for you in the timeframe you have.

The taster session is scheduled separately, usually on a different day after your consultation. This 60-minute session gives us both the chance to assess your strengths and weaknesses, and decide if working together is the right fit.

If you choose to move forward, you’ll receive a fantastic 20% discount on your first month. If you decide after only the taster session, you’ll still receive 7% off your first month.

Initial assessments and performance testing are based on established protocols used in sport and exercise science. These assessments provide a baseline, and are repeated regularly to evaluate progress and adapt your programme as needed.

Programmes are designed using evidence-based principles of exercise science — including frequency, specificity, progression, and recovery. Research guides the process, while tailoring ensures it’s right for you.

Choosing to train at The Private PT Studio means you’ll follow a structured exercise plan tailored to your goals. You also have the option to receive complementary nutrition guidance — such as advice on food choices, meal ideas, and habits — to support your training and overall health.
