Your options are

  1. Have all your sessions with me while working with the tailored exercise plan I design for you.
  2. Split your training between sessions with me and your own sessions. For example, you might train with me twice a week at The Private PT Studio, and complete your remaining sessions at home or in a local gym, while still following the programme structure I provide.

Health & Performance

No matter the goal, maintaining good health is always the foundation of every programme. Health is prioritised alongside weight loss, strength, muscle gain, or performance goals.

Lifestyle

A well-rounded programme considers your lifestyle habits. We’ll look at areas such as sleep, step count, daily activity levels, screen time, alcohol intake, and other behaviours. These factors are reviewed to see whether they help or hinder progress, and adjustments are suggested where useful.

A. Free Consultation & Life Style Assessment

Book a 20–45 minute consultation and lifestyle assessment at The Private PT Studio. We’ll discuss your goals, lifestyle, exercise history, and what is realistic for you in the timeframe you have.

B. Taster Session

The taster session is scheduled separately, usually on a different day after your consultation. This 60-minute session gives us both the chance to assess your strengths and weaknesses, and decide if working together is the right fit.

    Initial assessments and performance testing are based on established protocols used in sport and exercise science. These assessments provide a baseline, and are repeated regularly to evaluate progress and adapt your programme as needed.
