Shola is an amazing coach/PT. He really does listen to you and will design programs to ensure you reach your goals. Shola really knows his stuff and is a great motivator. He knows exactly how to train the body to give you positive results. He puts so much effort into creating programs which are designed to meet your goals. Each session is not only fun, but targeted towards exactly what your body needs to increase strength, mobility, functional movement & cardio fitness.
